Pineapple Grapefruit Beertail – A Refreshing Lager Cocktail for National Hamburger Day!

I don’t typically pair up with National Food holidays, but when Hamburger day came up, I had to take advantage of whipping up a delicious Beertail! Using my local favourites, Collective Arts, I paired up their Lager with a Blanco Tequila, Pineapple Juice, Grapefruit and Cointreau for this great imbibe. Cheers to more refreshing Beer Cocktails this summer!

Pineapple Grapefruit Beertail

Paired up for a delicious burger on National Hamburger Day, made with Blanco Tequila, Collective Art's Lager, Pineapple, Grapefruit and Cointreau.

– Difficulty: Easy

Servings 1 cocktail

Ingredients

1.5 oz Blanco Tequila Tromba used here
1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Grapefruit Juice
1/2 oz Cointreau
1.5 oz Lager Collective Arts used here

Instructions

Shake the first 4 ingredients and strain over fresh ice in a pilsner glass.
Top with Lager and garnish with Grapefruit Slices. Give this a stir before imbibing.
