Simple Peach Syrup
An easy, simple recipe that incorporates peaches, that you can throw into pretty much everything!

Servings 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh Peaches Quartered and centre removed
- 3/4 cup Boiling Water
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
Instructions
Blend all of the ingredients (make sure that the water reaches boiling point) until well pureed
Strain through a fine mesh strainer and let this cool to room temperature before refrigerating
