The Debbie Sour

Created in honour of @recipesbydebbie, I'm shaking up some Canadian influence in this unique sour combining Rye, Sortilege, Ancho Reyes and citrus!

– Difficulty: Easy

Servings 1 cocktail

  • 1.25 oz Canadian Rye
  • 1/2 oz Sortilege Maple Whisky
  • 1/3 oz Ancho Reyes
  • 1/2 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Orange Juice
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters


  1. Fill your shaker with ice, and give all the ingredients a good shake.

  2. Pour over fresh ice into your glass. Garnish with Orange Wheel. Cheers
