When I asked my community what they wanted to clear out from their bar for #DrinkYourGram, Pisco came up a few times. Instead of whipping up a classic Pisco Sour, I decided to shake up something super refreshing, with some added bubbly. This cocktail combines Pisco, Passionfruit with a nutty Orgeat Syrup and Sparkling Wine. It’s the ideal cocktail for summer. Want to learn how it’s made? Check out the recipe below!
The Passionfruit Punch
A refreshing drink PERFECT for summer, combining Pisco, Passionfruit, Pineapple and Bubbly!
– Difficulty: Easy
- 1.5 oz Pisco Torontel
- 3/4 oz Passionfruit Juice
- 3/4 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Orgeat Syrup
- 1 oz Sparkling Wine Mionetto Prosecco used here
- In a shaker, combine all the ingredients except Sparkling Wine.
- Add Ice and shake well.
- Strain over a few ice cubes and top with sparkling wine.
