Thyme Simple Syrup

Thyme is an amazing herb to play with when infusing cocktails and recipes. You will find this syrup used in the Pumpkin Collins recipe for Halloween, but believe me, don’t limit yourself to just this recipe! Be sure to comment below about how you used this syrup!

Thyme Simple Syrup

A herby addition to the syrups of Liquid Culture

Servings 10 Cocktails

Ingredients

  • 5 sprigs Fresh Thyme
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions

  1. In a saucer, combine all the ingredients and bring to a boil and simmer

  2. Take the saucer off the stove and allow it to cool to room temperature

  3. Once cooled, strain out the thyme and refrigerate. Can last for 1 week.
