Toasted Pecan Infused Bourbon
A new infusion to add to your Fall recipe library! Classic combination of pecan and bourbon to enjoy for months on end!
- 1 cup Bourbon Something preferably on the sweeter end
- 3/4 cup Pecans
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 Orange zest
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Rinse Pecans with water than mix in the cinnamon powder, nutmeg and orange zest until well dressed.
Place into oven, on making sheet lined with parchment paper for 20 minutes.
In sterile jar, place toast pecans and pour bourbon and seal. Keep away from light and heat for 5 days before straining.
