Tropical Holiday Paradise – Mezcal, Rum and Eggnog Holiday Cocktail

This Holiday’s #NoDrinksWasted was so good, that I had to include in the website for my Holiday creations this season. So I’m keeping this short and sweet and getting right into the recipe for this Mezcal Eggnog Holiday Cocktail!

Tropical Holiday Paradise

An outstanding combination of Mezcal, overproof Rum, Eggnog, Lemon and Rosemary.

– Difficulty: Intermediate

Servings 1 cocktail

Ingredients

1.5 oz Mezcal Los Sietes used here
0.5 oz Overproof Rum Wray n Nephew used here
1.5 oz Eggnog
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Dry Curacao
0.25 oz Simple Syrup *Optional
2 fresh Rosemary Sprigs One for Garnish

Instructions

In a shaker, add one sprig of rosemary (suggest to lightly torch it to release some of its aromas).
Add the rest of your ingredients with ice. Shake well.
Double Strain over fresh ice in a collins. Garnish with remaining Rosemary Sprig.
