Coffee and Cinnamon Infused Irish Whiskey
A subtle and delicious infusion of coffee and cinnamon in Dead Rabbit's Irish Whiskey
- Difficulty: Easy
- 2 cups Dead Rabbit's Irish Whiskey
- 1/4 cup Roasted Espresso Beans
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks
In a sterile mason jar, combine all ingredients and let it sit, away from the sun and covered for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Taste to your preference. Strain out contents before storing in dark cool area. Can be kept for 1 year.
