Dill Pickle Infused Vodka

You never have to worry about carrying olive brine in your fridge if you want a dirty martini. This Vodka infusion will do just the trick, as we infuse fresh Dill and Pickles! Initially created for my #LCFeature post Dirty Pickle Martini, but I’m positive I’ll be using this again!

This infusion doesn’t actually take a ton of time. Give it a good 2 hours of infusion, and you’ll be getting one tart hit. I would suggest that if you love an extra dirty martini, than leave it on for another hour or 2 until it reaches your preferred taste.

The one thing you should make note of is to roughly chop your pickle so that the vodka will extract as much flavour as it can during the infusion. Add a ton of dill to your mason jar, and voila!
