This Raspberry Syrup was created for the Florodora Cocktail featured for #TBThirsty, but don’t be surprised if you see if in a lot more non-alcoholic drinks and cocktails created on Liquid Culture!
Typically I strain out the syrups, but I love the tart Raspberries seeds and decided to keep them in this mix. Of course, if you want a more fluid product, then you are more then welcome to strain. Just make sure you give this a bit of time to simmer before use!
An easy recipe for a Raspberry Syrup that can be used in a number of ways from cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages and even to your marinades!
– Difficulty: Easy

Once it starts to boil, reduce your temperature down to low and allow the mixture to simmer and break apart for 10 minutes. Press the raspberries if you’d like to help the process.
Remove from the stove and allow it to come to room temperature before use. It can stay in the fridge for 1 week.
