It may look like a martini, smell like a martini, but this little cocktail packs a punch with less alcohol! You may have seen me whip up a few LOW-ish martini’s on Liquid Culture before, and this follows the same trend. Stirred up with a special Sweet Potato Shochu, Cocchi Americano, Calvados, Fino Sherry and Smoked Apple bitter.

The BIG but small Apple
Offering up a LOW-ish martini made with Sweet Potato Shochu, Cocchi Americano, Fino Sherry, Calvados and a dash of Smoked Apple Bitters!
– Difficulty: Intermediate
Servings 1 cocktail
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Sweet Potato Shochu
- 3/4 oz Cocchi Americano
- 1/2 oz Calvados
- 1/4 oz Fino Sherry
- 2 dashes Nickel 9's Smoked Apple Bitters
Instructions
Grab a Mixing glass, add all your ingredients, fill the glass 3/4 of ice and give this a good stir (at least 30 seconds)
Strain into your favourite coupe and garnish with lemon twist.
